Ah Port Elizabeth, the under-rated coastal city in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. PE, as it’s often known by locals, is the hub of South Africa’s motor-industry, one of the most affluent cities in the province and boasts an impressive 40 kilometre seafront, which consists mostly of beaches.
